All sales are final. However, you may return or exchange a product recently purchased within 30 days after receiving your order if unsatisfied or the product does not meet your requirements. All items returned must come back in the same condition when purchased and MUST include all accessories including but not limited to warranty cards, cables, adaptors, manuals and software CD's. Items must also be returned with all contents included along with their original and undamaged packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any returns if a cash refund is requested and any shipping charges are not refundable. It is the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping when returning unwanted item(s).

No returns will be accepted without first getting a Return Merchandise Authorization request (RMA) which can be obtained by contacting us within the allowable time period.
After the allowable time period for refunds or exchanges has passed, items may only be repaired or replaced under our 1 year standard warranty. Certain items such as AzBox satellite receivers feature a 2 year warranty instead. Please note that modifying or attempting to modify any FTA satellite receiver for satellite piracy use voids all warranties!
Shipping costs are not covered under warranty and customer must pay any applicable shipping costs when returning an item under warranty. Please note that a fee of $60 wll be charged for any items returned under warranty with no issues found so please ensure first that your other system components are in good working order.
At Dr. Sat, we ensure that each order is well packaged before shipping to reduce the risk of your item(s) getting damaged during shipping. However in the unlikely event that your order was damaged during shipping, you must MUST report the shipment as damaged to both the shipping company and then us at Dr. Sat. We will then contact and open an insurance claim with the shipper on your behalf.
